Global Head of Marketing


Leading marketing and growth outcomes for:


Techniche EV, automating the maintenance of electric vehicle charge points to increase uptime and improve reliability;

Urgent, managing the maintenance of critical assets for fuel retailers at over 40,000 forecourt and convenience retail sites in 30 countries;

Statseeker, driving performance of IT networks in healthcare, education, government and retail sectors worldwide


You’ll have the Autonomy, Accountability, and Responsibility to drive performance across

Primary Focus


  • Design and deliver on the growth marketing strategy, such as lead generation, GTM
  • strategy and market fit.
  • A keen focus on establishing the GTM plan, messaging and positioning, understanding
  • distribution channels for revenue realisation, and ensuring the right questions are asked
  • across the business for successful GTM.
  • Specialist in solution-based marketing and demand generation, such as campaign
  • management.
  • Deep understanding of driving success from marketing tools such as Hubspot and similar.
  • Drive growth outcomes from CRM, marketing automation and analytics tools. These should
  • be used well, to inform decision-making.
  • Foster remarkable results across your team by being a Mentor, Coach, Leader and at times,
  • a Manager.
  • Capable of representing the marketing team to the business, elevating the profile of
  • marketing by having a clear vision and understanding of what marketing brings to the
  • business

  • Drive customer acquisition: Increase the number of new customers acquired through
  • marketing efforts, measured by metrics like the number of leads generated, conversion
  • rates, and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
  • Enhance customer retention and loyalty: Develop strategies to nurture existing customers,
  • increase repeat purchases, and foster brand loyalty, measured by customer retention
  • rates, customer lifetime value (CLTV), customer value proposition (CVP) and Net Promoter
  • Score (NPS).
  • Optimize marketing campaigns: Continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of
  • marketing campaigns, measured by key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-
  • through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).• Foster strategic partnerships: Establish and nurture partnerships with complementary
  • businesses or influencers to amplify brand reach and drive mutually beneficial growth,
  • measured by partnership performance indicators such as referral traffic and partnership-
  • generated revenue.
  • High levels of sustainable engagement and success from your team.


Previous track record, built from:

  • Delivering marketing activities that deliver growth for SaaS solutions is essential; this should
  • be demonstrable in at least three of your previous roles.
  • Experienced in marketing SaaS solutions in the key stages of growth
  • International marketing experience is essential.
  • Can clearly articulate marketing outcomes in a monetised way.
  • Previous experience in working in a high-growth PE-backed business is essential
  • Previous experience in the CMMS, Network Management or Electric Vehicle/EV charging
  • points sectors would be highly advantageous.
  • Being a hands-on & strategic leader. We are all Managers/Players.


Broader Responsibilities

  • A member of the Operational Leadership team, reporting to Exec on marketing activity and
  • effectiveness
  • Co-creating the vision and marketing strategy for broader initiatives
  • Share trends, insights (competitors), and market moves at a company level, on a 1/4 basis,
  • that keep our market knowledge up to date.
  • Overall brand ownership, design, and strategy. We recently completed a brand redesign, so
  • the focus on this will be limited in the short and medium term.
  • Consolidate and communicate relevant insights that determine market opportunity and
  • integrate these insights into your product marketing plans. (Outside/In thinking)
  • Lead a strategic and collaborative process with key stakeholders to define the CVP
  • (Customer value proposition) for target audiences. You will also identify and maintain
  • compelling product evidence of CVPs.
  • Support the Chief People Officer in developing an Employer Brand.
  • Overseeing all Marketing team output for quality and appropriateness against brief
  • Owner of Marketing technology/tooling
  • Desire to become a product evangelist for Urgent/Techniche EV/Statseeker
  • Supplier Management, design and creative agencies
  • Marketing, advertising and communications strategy lead
  • Lead for Exec comms
  • Copywriting and editing
  • Training – marketing and communications for the rest of the business.
  • Developing and coaching marketing team members’ professional skillsets
