Advising a variety of organisations on Communication Strategies, PR and Engagement Plans and Reputation Management, through to Crisis Management and Media Plans, our client works in a different way to traditional PR agencies.


Reporting into an Account Director, we’re looking for a detail-oriented Junior Account Executive with at least 12 months experience within a PR agency, press office or fast-paced media environment. This role will play a key part in executing PR strategies, managing client relationships, and delivering top-tier media coverage for our clients. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing agency, working alongside and learning from a small but creative team.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Work closely with the team to maintain and build existing client relationships
  • Develop strong relationships with key trade media contacts
  • Draft media materials for clients including press releases, reactive comments, Q&A’s and briefing notes
  • Manage our social media channels and create blog content
  • Maintain coverage logs for core clients and across the team
  • Draft agendas and take minutes from client calls
  • Write weekly and monthly reports for clients
  • Keep up to date with industry issues through regular media monitoring


Skills, experience and passion you’ll need to have:

  • Great communication skills, both written and oral, able to communicate effectively and clearly with those around them
  • Comfortable liaising with Journalists, able to foster good working relationships with media
  • Proven organisation skills, able to work under time pressures whilst managing multiple tasks at any one time
  • A social media enthusiast with experience using all major platforms including: LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X
  • Creative and willing to learn, able to think outside of the box and see your contributions come to life
  • An interest in the wider world around us, including important topics such as: Business, Politics and Sustainability
  • Experience using tools such as Roxhill and Coverage Book would be a bonus
