About the Role:


As a Cyber Recruitment Consultant at Trident Search, you will be at the forefront of identifying, attracting, and placing cybersecurity professionals with our clients. This role demands a proactive and driven individual with a passion for cybersecurity and a knack for building strong relationships. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and engaging candidates to negotiating offers and ensuring successful placements.


Responsibilities:


  • Talent Acquisition: Source, attract, and engage top cybersecurity professionals through various channels, including social media, networking events, and direct outreach.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
  • Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
  • Job Matching: Match qualified candidates with suitable job opportunities, presenting them to clients with comprehensive profiles that highlight their skills and experience.
  • Contract Negotiation: Facilitate and negotiate job offers between candidates and clients, ensuring a positive outcome for both parties.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of candidates for both active and future roles, ensuring a steady flow of talent.
  • Networking: Actively participate in cybersecurity events, webinars, and forums to expand your professional network and increase Trident Search’s visibility in the market.
  • Continuous Learning: Keep abreast of the latest cybersecurity developments and recruitment best practices to continually enhance your effectiveness as a consultant.


Qualifications:


  • Experience: 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within the cybersecurity or technology sectors.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, IT, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity roles, certifications, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proven track record of successful placements and achieving recruitment targets.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Motivated by achieving goals and contributing to the growth of the business.


Pay range and compensation package:


Competitive Salary: A competitive base salary with an uncapped commission structure.
