Objectives of This Role

  • Deliver technical security consultancy services to clients within a construction environment
  • Delivery of projects from initiation to completion
  • Provide project management services for clients


Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • Management of projects using allocated resources
  • Chair client meetings and workshops
  • Weekly reporting of project status to team lead
  • Production and delivery of project documents
  • Undertake design development
  • Work closely with risk management, design, support and specialist teams
  • Managing travel arrangements
  • Project budget management
  • Deliver against personal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)


Experience Needed

  • A minimum of 7 years’ experience in the security industry
  • Highly experienced in technical/physical security measures (CCTV, ACS, IDS, HVM, Doors, Walls, etc)
  • Experience conducting projects in both public and private sector environments
  • Experience in project and programme management
  • Experience with RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects) stages
  • Experience in the production of technical and business reports
  • Educated to a degree level or suitable vocational qualifications
  • Recognised professional membership/certification (e.g. MSyI, CsyP, CSMP M.ISMI, PSP, CPP)
  • Prince2 or an equivalent Project Management qualification is advantageous
