Senior Cyber Security Architect | London | Hybrid (2-3 Days per week) | Up to £100,000 per annum & Excellent Benefits Package


A fast-growing technical consultancy headquartered in Central London is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Architect to join their team. The role will eventually move into a Lead Architect role and will require the successful candidate to help build a small team so management/mentoring experience will be a requirement.


Key Requirements:

  • Significant experience as a Senior Security Architect/Lead
  • Ability to review and design a range of complex systems.
  • Extensive industry experience in Cyber Security.
  • Degree educated: related to Cyber or Technology
  • Leading teams, projects and leading security and working groups.
  • Client delivery across a range of projects and cyber technologies.
  • Experience working on cloud-based infrastructure (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience of ISO27001, NIST, TOGAF, and other industry standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading client engagements as a subject matter expert in Cyber Security.
  • Assessing client needs and the ability to manage them effectively
  • Identifying and communicating risks to stakeholders.
  • Adapting best practice to design solutions to solve cyber security problems.
  • Selecting and adopting security control frameworks where required.
  • Designing, justifying and implementing security management strategies.
  • Discussing information security policy, standards and guidelines.
  • Developing organisational strategies that address information control requirements.
  • Acting on vulnerability information, conducting security risk assessments, business impact analysis and accreditation on complex projects
  • Developing new architectures that mitigate the risks posed by new technologies and business practices
  • Supporting client engagements, including presentations to key stakeholders


SC Clearance or ability to achieve clearance is essential based on the nature of some the programmes this consultancy develop and deliver on.
