What you will be doing?
You will be responsible for providing an excellent experience to candidates and supporting clients by attracting exceptional talent.
Building long-lasting relationships with candidates to place them into active positions by interviewing them to understand their suitability, experience, and motivations.

Who are we looking for?
- Previous Agency recruitment experience within Insurance, Financial services (or similar vertical).
- 3+ years working in a 360/full-desk model (both sales/account management & recruiting).
- Experience managing multiple client relationships & accounts.
- Proven track record in developing your own business and billings within a niche (candidate short) vertical discipline.
- Motivated by providing high-quality service that adds value to the team and wider business.
- A critical thinker with a passion for finding creative solutions and delivering them.
- A growth mindset and the ability to turn negatives into positives and to see challenges as opportunities.
- Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and maintain a great eye for detail.
