We are passionate about driving change in the energy landscape and are looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our remote team. If you have a proven track record in end-to-end recruitment, especially within the renewable energy sector, we want to hear from you
PLEASE NOTE: You will not be handed any clients for this specific role, therefore you must be experienced in bringing onboard new clients and skilled in negotiating our TOBS to win jobs.
Key Responsibilities
Full 360 Recruitment Cycle: Manage the entire recruitment process from client acquisition and job order management to candidate sourcing, placement, and post-placement follow-up.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
Business Development: Actively seek new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and expand Renewable Partners' market presence.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to source high-quality candidates.
Interviewing and Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidate suitability, and present shortlists to clients.
Market Mapping: Research and map the renewable energy market to identify potential business opportunities and candidate pools.
Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with relevant legislation and internal policies.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 2 year of experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, preferably within the renewable energy or related sector. Not HR.
Skills:
Strong business development and client management skills.
Proficient in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the renewable energy market and related industries.
Technology: Familiarity with recruitment software and tools, including CRM systems.
Mindset: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about renewable energy.
