Development and Investment Associate

Our client is experiencing exponential growth with investment mandates and is seeking to add to their close-knit team by hiring a Senior Development and Investment Associate to assist with appraisals and transactions.


Role responsibilities include:


  • Produce sophisticated appraisals with use of Excel to comprehensively underwrite investment and development opportunities.
  • Produce investment memos to clearly articulate the commercial strength of development opportunities.
  • Partner both internally and externally to communicate opportunistic value add opportunities to schemes.
  • Work directly with the Director to visit sites and interact directly with developers and vendors, utilising your property expertise fully.


Key skills required:


  • Established experience and knowledge within property/surveying.
  • Financially astute – able to produce development appraisals using Excel.
  • A firm understanding of the London and home-counties property market.
  • MRICS qualification would be beneficial, but not essential.
  • An understanding of the urban mixed-use, and/or residential market would be beneficial.
