As a Global Startup Program Operations Manager, you will be responsible for owning and executing the global Startup Program activities. You will onboard and activate global “partnerships” that will help to deliver value to the Startup Program and Startup Program members. These partners can be external partners or internal OVHcloud teams (Sales, Pre-Sales etc) and the value they deliver will define the programmes the Startup Program delivers. One specific initiative is the Fast Forward Accelerator and the programmes that it contains. You will set up and run these global programmes so that local Startup Program Managers can provide these programmes to their members. You will also execute global events with the help of partners with the assistance of the local Startup Program Managers. You will plan, prepare and execute global social media content on OVHcloud’s channels with the help of the global social media team and Startup Program Managers. You will plan, prepare and distribute other global communications like website updates, press releases, newsletters, podcast content and videos via OVHcloud’s channels.



Your main responsibilities

Manage global "partnerships":

  • Onboard external partners that are identified globally to ensure that contracts are signed and they understand what its expected, and what they can expect from the Startup Program
  • Onboard internal OVHcloud teams (sales Presales etc.)
  • Record "partner" involvement and delivery statistics
  • Report on "partner" involvement and delivery

Manage global programs:

  • Work with internal and external partners to develop and deliver global programs for Startup Program Members
  • Record program participation and outcome statistics
  • Report on program participation and outcomes

Manage global events:

  • Work with internal and external partners and local Startup Program Managers to develop and deliver global events for Startup Program Members
  • Record event participation and outcomes
  • Report on event participation and outcomes

Manage communication:

Work with internal teams, local Startup Progam Managers and the Technical Specialist to plan, prepare and deliver:

  • Social media content
  • Website updates
  • Press releases
  • Newsletters
  • Podcast content
  • Videos

Project management:

  • Project manager global events and coordinate between global and local events to ensure better collaboration
  • Project manager backend tool developments to ensure that they are delivered on time and to spec
  • Drive the use of Jira in the Startup Program team

Reporting:

  • Assist the Global Startup Program Leader with global reporting
  • Work with the Technical Specialist to develop global/local dashboards and reports

  • The required level of understanding of the OVHcloud products and solutions and how they relate to the programs that the Startup Program offers
  • Internal engagement with OVHcloud teams and external engagement with partners in order to deliver activities independently
  • Using OVHcloud systems to provide accurate reporting on all activites



Skills required :

  • You have a minimum of 5yrs of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent planning, project management and execution skills
  • Skilled with data in Excel and CRM software
  • Good written communication
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies and startup lifecycle/needs



That's a plus :

  • Good understanding of OVHcloud's products desirable but not essential
  • Skilled with social media platforms and CMS systems desirable but not essential
  • Good graphics and video editing skills desirable but not essential
