The Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Community Manager to join our Content team. As a key member, this role is perfect for a creative, execution-driven, and strategic thinker who excels in communication, engagement, and fostering positive relationships. Key responsibilities include:

  • Community Building: Craft and implement a comprehensive community strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives and vision from scratch. This includes identifying target audiences, building and growing communities on Discord and other online platforms, and establishing metrics for success
  • Influencer Collaboration: Identify and collaborate with high-profile influencers or key community members who can act as brand ambassadors. Develop partnerships and campaigns to leverage their networks for broader brand exposure
  • Feedback Loop Management: Serve as a bridge between the community and the company. This includes gathering and synthesising community feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies
  • Crisis Management: Prepare for and respond to crises or negative feedback within the community. Develop communication plans to address issues sensitively and transparently, maintaining the brand’s reputation
  • Public Communications: Develop and deliver consistent, engaging, and high-quality content across various formats (e.g., press releases, blogs, newsletters) to effectively communicate the company’s messages and connect with a wider audience


Requirements and Skills

  • 5-7 years of direct experience in community building, PR or a related role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative engagement strategies
  • Previous experience in a fast-moving Start-ups / Scale-up / Big tech
