Hours: Full-time

Duration: 6 months with a possibility to extend


In this role, the major tasks and responsibilities will focus around project management, operations, and compliance skills.


Team: The EMEIA Commercial Programs team designs and delivers market-leading affordability programs that exceed customers’ expectations, drive ongoing customer purchases, and accelerate Retail’s growth. Key cross-functional partners include Retail Finance, Ownership Operations, Retail Engagement and Marketing, Online Store, Retail Fulfilment Operations, and Retail Technology.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of compliance and regulatory projects and activities across EMEIA.
  • Coordinate the Commercial Programs roadmap, including tracking changes, milestones, dates, and key Directly Responsible Individuals (DRIs).
  • Provide in-depth analysis of Commercial Program performance, and manage and develop reporting dashboards.
  • Identify program enhancements, including capital investment opportunities, based on the respective local landscape, purchasing trends, and client’s strategy.
  • Manage program operational elements such as issue escalation, new product introduction readiness, financing part eligibility setup, and pricing management.
  • Support the team’s execution of critical backend processes to enable programs.
  • Support the processing of quarterly/monthly invoices with internal teams and external vendors, and monitor invoice statuses to ensure prompt payments.
  • Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships which are critical for day-to-day and product launch operational execution.


Key Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of managing the operations of consumer-facing programs, while delivering strong business results and a great customer experience.
  • Self-starter who continually identifies opportunities to enhance operational processes and procedures to drive efficiency and program resilience.
  • Expert knowledge of the retail industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and information, identify trends and problem statements to support the development of innovative solutions and strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel.
  • 5-10 years of project management experience.
  • Partner management experience and expertise.
  • Proven ability to prioritize, plan, and execute strategies, programs, and projects successfully.
  • Dedication to identifying and communicating innovative ideas in a way that gains consensus and builds partnerships.
  • Up to 30% travel required.
