We are looking for an experienced Client Servicing Manager - preferably with funds experience - to join our Equities Management team to be responsible for ensuring clients, prospective clients, intermediaries, colleagues, and other stakeholders are serviced to the expected standard. This position reports to the Head of Client Servicing.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintain and build relationships with clients, service providers and stakeholders
  • Oversee the running of client reports and meeting packs, and drive enhancements
  • Support Business Development efforts
  • Implementing trades, and carrying out post-trade checks
  • Maintaining integrity of data used to service clients / produce MI reporting to present to senior management
  • Promote and develop robust Operating Procedures across the business
  • Support for Head of CS
  • Responding to ad-hoc queries


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree qualification or equivalent
  • CFA Charterholder or IMC preferred (or equivalent)
  • Experience in assisting in the management of UHNW / HNW clients and/or dealing with investors in a CIS/fund


Skills, Behaviours & Competencies:

  • Proactive, with a track record of driving and delivering enhancements / projects
  • Strong organisational and MS Office skills are essential
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to use initiative and work independently
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to take on increasing levels of responsibility
  • Honesty and integrity
