We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Digital Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience managing multi-domain website projects, including website migrations, content strategy, UX/CRO, analytics, SEO, and paid media. This role demands a deep understanding of both the technical and content aspects of digital marketing and a proven track record of delivering successful digital projects.


The Senior Digital Account Manager is responsible for managing key digital marketing client relationships and executing strategies across Search Engine Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, digital content creation, and social media. They drive client acquisition, retention, and account growth through excellent service, strong relationships, and strategic guidance. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing to plan and execute international campaigns successfully. The Senior Digital Account Manager is strategic, data-driven, and adept at explaining digital marketing concepts, with strong cross-cultural communication, organizational, and time management skills. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, they support business development, manage key accounts, and oversee client strategy and KPI reporting, all while focusing on quality, profitability, performance, and growth.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Project manage multi-domain website (content and technical) projects spanning the range of website migrations, content strategy, UX/CRO, analytics, SEO & Paid Media (incl. content creation)
  • Oversee development and execution of client digital strategy for assigned set of clients
  • Onboarding client relationships for Digital Marketing services
  • Managing production resources to ensure on-time completion and quality deliverables
  • Assist Sales team with scoping for proposals and new opportunities
  • Conducting recurring client status calls and updates and managing next steps with stakeholder teams
  • Overseeing implementation of digital assets, including trafficking of ads and keywords in Paid Search
  • Oversee monitoring of client campaign performance and presenting reports and analysis to clients
  • Carry out English SEO, SEM, Social and Emerging Media creative and campaign management work, as needed
  • Assisting with the development of case studies and presentations to support marketing and sales efforts
  • Support team development as a Mentor to peers and junior talent on the global Digital Marketing team.
  • Take the initiative to cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key clients
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in digital marketing platforms
  • Proactively identify and pursue new client opportunities. Take charge of prospecting, engaging, and nurturing client relationships, showcasing your ability to drive client development initiatives
  • Take the lead in networking and building connections
  • Independently represent the company in various forums, events, and client interactions, contributing to the growth of our client base
