What you'll bring:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital healthcare communications, with a strong track record in agency settings
  • Expertise in paid social media strategy, especially across platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, and TikTok, tailored to the UK healthcare market
  • Proven experience developing and executing influencer and advocacy programs in the UK healthcare space
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills, with the ability to craft innovative digital healthcare communications strategies
  • Experience managing multiple accounts and overseeing client budgets to ensure project profitability
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with UK healthcare regulations (e.g. ABPI Code of Practice) and how they impact digital communications


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading digital healthcare communications strategies and campaigns for key UK and global pharma clients
  • Providing expert counsel on paid social media strategies and influencer programs, tailored to the UK healthcare market
  • Managing project profitability, overseeing client budgets, and being responsible for overall account performance
  • Leading and mentoring UK-based account teams to deliver high-quality work and foster professional growth
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop impactful content for UK healthcare audiences
  • Contributing to new business efforts, delivering presentations, and driving growth in the digital healthcare practice
