In line with a period of strong financial growth, Medlock Partners is supporting with the recruitment of a newly created role for an experienced Management Accountant with previous experience in the Manufacturing Sector.


Through timely production of management information and robust financial controls, you will provide accurate information and analysis to senior management to guide decision making. Your reporting and commercial acumen will support the company’s leaders to make sound business decisions and meet business objectives.


The role requires a solid team player, able to communicate effectively with all departments and at all levels, a team player that can work with internal and external stakeholders to drive improvements and deliver cost savings and increased profitability.


Responsibilities:


  • Monthly Management accounts submission and reporting.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting
  • Cash flow forecasting and modelling to manage payments and review business scenarios.
  • Commercial / Estimating
  • Cash Requirements and Cash Availability
  • Auditing


The successful candidate may be Qual/Finalist/QBE, but must have gained significant exposure within a Manufacturing environment.


You will benefit from a generous profit share scheme, 25 days holiday and private medical as well as a hybrid working model (2 days in office, 3 working from home, if desired), plus multiple other benefits.
