Operations Manager (Resort Services)

Salary between £28,536 and £34,629 per annum.

Based at the Hunstanton Resort, Norfolk

If you have experience of managing and coordinating employees and other resources with knowledge of marking and promotions and of the importance and Health and Safety Procedures, we have the perfect opportunity for you to join our team.

We need you to provide operational management of the Resort Services Section, your responsibilities will include; effective budget and staff management, taking account of seasonal and casual employees; managing the Hunstanton, Heacham and Resort areas promoting a positive image and experience for all visitors as well as for other resort amenities, including the Walks café in Kings Lynn; and lead on organising Council events and assist with partners wishing to hold events in Hunstanton.

You will have knowledge of incident management and be qualified to current First Aid at Work, including the use of defibrillators, IOSH or equivalent Health & Safety Qualification and SIA Cash & Valuables in Transit Qualification. You will be an effective communicator and be able to identify priorities and handle day to day issues effectively. You must have a current full driving licence to be able to use Council vehicles for this post.
