We are seeking a highly skilled Field Performance Manager to join our team at Kier Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our field-based staff, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of field-based staff, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement performance management strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with programme managers and schedulers to optimize resource allocation and ensure the efficient execution of work.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including customer satisfaction, quality, and output.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation and regulations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the water industry.
  • Hold relevant tickets, such as NRSWA Supervisor, IOSH Managing Safely, or SSSTS.
  • Full driving license.
  • Knowledge of CDM legislation and the Traffic Management Act.
