Field Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team at Substantial Group. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for championing our competitive packages and engaging directly with residents at their homes. You will work closely with your line manager to showcase the unparalleled benefits of YouFibre and its services to residents within our network. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing top-tier customer service, driven to success, and a great communicator. Full training will be provided, and this role is ideal for sales representatives, sales executives, retail managers, and others with relevant experience. Key responsibilities include embracing door-to-door sales, creating and nurturing your own lead pipeline, and fostering meaningful relationships within the local community and with key stakeholders. You will be located within a 30-minute drive of the location, hold a full clean UK driving license, and have access to a vehicle. We offer a competitive base salary, uncapped and generous commission, matched pension contribution, and a range of benefits including discounted gym memberships, travel expenses, and free YouFibre broadband.
