Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Performance Manager to join our team at Kier Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our field teams, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement performance management strategies to drive operational excellence and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with programme managers and schedulers to optimize resource allocation and ensure effective project execution.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to field teams to ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and best practices.
  • Attend site meetings with clients to ensure costs and risks are mitigated.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the water industry.
  • NRSWA Supervisor, IOSH Managing Safely or SSSTS tickets.
  • Full driving license.
  • Knowledge of CDM legislation and the Traffic Management Act.
