As a Senior Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of Scandinavia’s fastest growing and prestigious jewellery and accessories brands. You will oversee the expansion of Edblad Jewellery, Sweden’s leading fashion jewellery brand with over €30 million in turnover, recently introduced to the UK and Ireland markets. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the growth strategy of Caroline Svedbom, ensuring the brands continued success in these regions.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Sell, Sell, Sell: Champion our exquisite jewellery and accessories brands, driving sales and growth across the UK and Ireland.

- Innovate and Lead: Establish robust processes, oversee retail initiatives, and ensure seamless operations.

- Build Relationships: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with key buyers and ensure continuous customer satisfaction.

- Market Insight: Report crucial market trends to our in-house team and brands, keeping everyone ahead of the curve.

- Present and Shine: Use your presentation skills to wow via video conferencing, bringing your market knowledge and negotiation prowess to the fore.

- Travel and Showcase: Represent us at top tradeshows like Scoop International, Copenhagen Fashion Week, Paris Fashion Week, and Milan Fashion Week. As well as visiting stockists and prospects bi-annually.

- Train and Motivate: Lead and inspire your team, organizing training sessions to keep everyone at the top of their game.


What We're Looking For:

- Experience: At least 8 years in Jewellery/Fashion wholesale within the UK and Ireland.

- Network:A robust network of UK & Ireland fashion buyers, including boutique markets and department store buyers.

- Track Record: Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Skills:Strong written and verbal communication skills, expertise in order processing systems, and the ability to present effectively.

- Presentation: Well-presented, well-mannered, and passionate about fashion and jewellery.

- Driver's License: A full, clean UK driver’s license is essential.

- Key Account Experience: Must have experience launching and/or managing Key Accounts like John Lewis, Very Group and Fenwick.


Additional desired skills:

- Languages: Knowledge of German, Swedish, Danish, or Italian is a plus.

- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, GUNG, Colect, and NSales.

- Self-Starter: A hardworking, dedicated, and motivated individual who is independent and committed.

- Passion for Jewellery: A true love for jewellery and the fashion industry.
