The Role of an Onsite Hire Manager
As an Onsite Hire Manager you will develop strong connections onsite, offering hire solutions with an array of top-tier products and equipment across all building service sectors. If you’re looking to join a forward-thinking culture, we want you to be part of the exciting journey with us.
What do you need to succeed as an Onsite Hire Manager?
- Committed to delivering exceptional communication, customer service and eager to assist
- Proficient in meeting and exceeding performance targets and Key Performance Indicators.
- Proactive and positive outlook and solution driven.
- Enthusiastic about continuous learning and expanding product expertise
- Worked as a Hire Controller, Sales Manager or Supervisor in a similar industry.
What does the Onsite Hire Manager role involve?
- Drive sales to achieve results, proactively exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Track sales and marketing metrics to gain insight and drive strategic decisions.
- Analyse monthly sales rates and stay informed regarding competitors and industry trends.
- Enhance the customer journey by providing exceptional support to both new and loyal customers, promoting lasting connections built on trust and satisfaction.
- Take charge of expanding our onsite market share, utilising your skills to drive growth and success.
Similar Working Pattern
Monday to Friday 8:00am until 18:00pm
