You will provide critical support to the B2B Marketing team in its mission to strengthen market understanding of Hearst UK’s commercial proposition and create demand for our products and services.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in producing effective marketing collateral to drive business growth and increase market share for Hearst UK in a highly competitive industry.

The role will require you to work closely with Hearst UK’s commercial teams, including (but not limited to) Client and Agency Sales, Strategy, Insight, Accreditation, and Licensing, as well as with Customer Marketing and PR, to develop engaging marketing sales collateral, such as media packs, proposition decks, and client-facing assets.

The role will also include managing Salesforce leads, supporting the Senior Marketing Manager with Email and LinkedIn marketing, and supporting on activations and events.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Manage our sales enablement and content management platform, Showpad.
  • Spearhead creating and maintaining a B2B case study library by gathering stats, assets and information to showcase the success stories of our high-performing sales campaigns.
  • Update media packs every six months in collaboration with the Portfolio Directors, Editors and Design.
  • With the relevant stakeholders involved, develop or update proposition decks and client-facing marketing assets.
  • Update audience data packs.
  • Collaborate with Paid Social teams and PR on lead-generating and profile-building social campaigns.
  • Be comfortable writing briefs for video and design requests.
  • Concept and draft well-written marketing content.
  • Daily Salesforce lead allocation management and tracking.
  • Support on email marketing and CRM campaigns.
  • Administrative tasks: Daily management of the inbound inbox, sourcing of imagery and branded goods, keeping trackers and files up to date, etc.
  • Occasionally, you may also be required to support on some broader Customer Marketing campaigns.

What You’ll Need:

  • Marketing Expertise: B2B or B2C experience in a commercial or media owner environment is highly desirable.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in PowerPoint and Excel. You must be comfortable reading and extracting data to update key collateral with accurate statistics and have strong writing skills.
  • Multi-Tasking Abilities: Detail-oriented, deadline-driven and strong organisational skills. Performs well under pressure whilst juggling multiple tasks.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Comfortable with stakeholder management. A team player with a positive, proactive and solutions-driven attitude.
  • Experience or familiarity with Salesforce, Hubspot and Showpad would be a plus.
