Job Title: Senior Amazon Account Manager

Salary Range: £65-80k DOE.

Location: West London - 4 days a week

About the Role: The Senior National Account Manager – Retail E-Comm will lead our client's e-commerce strategy, managing the Pan-European relationship with Amazon (Vendor Model) and partner with specialist 3rd party agencies to manage Amazon advertising capability. This role will also have jurisdiction over other Ecommerce Retailers as well as retail media networks away from the Amazon ecosystem such as Criteo, Nectar 360 and Citrus Ads.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead Amazon Vendor and broader e-commerce strategy aligned with ambitious growth objectives and plans.
  • Manage Pan-European Retailer relationships and scale eCommerce outside the EU.
  • Oversee Retail Media Networks (Nectar 360, Criteo, Citrus).
  • Conduct annual negotiations and joint customer business planning.
  • Manage full P&L for e-commerce operations.
  • Cultivate and lead relationships with e-commerce customers, focusing on both relationship management and commercial outcomes.
  • Oversee partnerships with third-party eCommerce agencies.


About You:

  • You will have Experience Navigating the Amazon Vendor model on a Pan European level, having delivered on ambitious growth targets.
  • You will understand the role the Amazon ecosystem plays in the Omnichannel strategy, and want to champion other ecommerce channels to create the best possible customer experience.
  • Good understanding of retail media starting with Amazon and following with Citrus, Criteo and Nectar 360.
  • We need someone who is super driven to make bold decisions to deliver ambitious and above expectation results
  • Someone who is still passionate about the Amazon Ecosystem and keen to make an impact wherever they go.
  • You'll need to be super commercial in this role, ability to spot short, medium and long term opportunities as well as being able to negotiate with Amazon as they continue to evolve their structure.
  • Someone who is keen to work in an office environment and happy to commit to 4 days a week Monday-Thursday in the office.
