London: The Princess Grace Hospital
Full time: 37.5 hours per week
Shift times: Monday - Friday

We are currently recruiting for a Clinical Practice Facilitator to join our ICU Unit at The Princes Grace Hospital, currently rated “Good” by the CQC. The CPF's time will be split between ICU & Medicine within The Princess Grace Hospital

As a Clinical Practice Educator, you'll play an important role in enhancing the professional practice of our teams. We'll look to you to ensure the effective delivery of high-quality educational programs for both new and existing nursing staff, collaborating or potentially leading on the development of the onboarding process for nursing. Day-to-day you'll drive educational initiatives that not only meet regulatory standards, but that elevate the standard of care we offer, using your expertise to identify practice gaps in and implementing educational activities to address them.

What you'll bring:

  • Registered General Nurse with full NMC registration

  • Possessing a post-graduation certificate in education with a recognised mentorship qualification
  • Extensive experience in clinical education; substantive experience in relevant nursing specialty
