Payroll & Benefits Assistant EMEA
We are thrilled to invite applications for the role of Payroll & Benefits Assistant. This is a six-month fixed-term contract, ideal for someone who is detail-focused, agile, and ready to jump into an exciting opportunity.
To meet our needs, candidates must be available to start in January 2025.
As part of the team, you will play a crucial role in managing payroll and benefits processes. From supporting internal and external inquiries to navigating policies and regulations, you'll ensure everything runs seamlessly. You'll handle tasks like payroll data input, full-cycle payroll processing in collaboration with our third-party provider ADP, and verifying payroll details. You'll also oversee monthly payroll administration, manage enrollments, terminations, and life status changes, and maintain organized, accurate employee records. Staying on top of benefits-related regulations and internal policies will also be key to your success.
We’re looking for someone with experience in payroll operations for countries such as the UK/Ireland, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Germany, Poland, Italy, Spain, France, or South Africa. Hands-on experience with HRIS systems and familiarity with fast-paced, high-growth industries is a definite advantage. Exceptional written and communication skills, sharp attention to detail, and fluency in languages like German, French, Polish, or Italian are assets that will help you thrive in this global role.
A culture of No Ego and No Arrogance. Believing in lifting each other up, celebrating strengths, and showing kindness where it’s needed. Valuing teamwork, hard work, and joy day-to-day interactions. In return, on offer a generous above-market compensation package, comprehensive health and welfare benefits, robust retirement plans, and ample paid leave to support your well-being.
If this opportunity excites you but you don’t meet all the requirements, we encourage you to apply anyway. We value diverse perspectives and want to hear from people who connect with our mission and culture. We can’t wait to meet you
