SAP EMEA Payroll Consultant (French Speaking)


  • Process Payroll: Accurately manage payroll for employees across the EMEA region, ensuring timely and precise execution of payroll cycles.
  • Ensure Compliance: Adhere to local, national, and international regulations, standards, and laws. Prepare and submit necessary regulatory reports.
  • Maintain Systems: Keep payroll systems and records up-to-date, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with HR, Finance, and other departments to address payroll-related queries and ensure alignment.
  • Liaise with Providers: Coordinate with external payroll service providers for efficient and cost-effective service delivery.
  • Improve Processes: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in payroll operations.
  • Maintain Records: Ensure accurate payroll records and documentation to comply with regulations and facilitate audits.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience: Proven experience as an EMEA Payroll Specialist with knowledge across countries such as France, Germany, Ireland, UK, Belgium, Morocco, Netherlands, Slovenia, Portugal, Spain, and Poland.
  • Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of HR and payroll processes and regulations across multiple EMEA countries.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR and payroll software and systems.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in French; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
