Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Manage and develop relationships with High Net Worth Individuals and business owners, providing tailored legal advice and solutions.
  • Case Management: Handle a diverse caseload of private client matters, including estate planning, trusts, probate, tax planning, and wealth management.
  • International Expertise: Advise clients on international legal issues, including cross-border estate planning and tax matters.
  • Legal Documentation: Draft and review legal documents such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
  • Business Development: Actively participate in business development initiatives to attract and retain clients.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior associates and support staff.
  • Compliance: Ensure all legal work complies with the relevant regulations and standards.


Qualifications

  • Qualified solicitor in England and Wales (or equivalent jurisdiction).
  • Minimum 5 years PQE in private client work, with significant experience dealing with HNWIs.
  • Practical experience working with business owners on legal matters.
  • Strong knowledge of estate planning, trusts, probate, and tax planning.
  • Expertise in international legal matters is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a complex caseload independently.
