THE ROLE

As a Pastry Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for wowing our guests with exceptional service and making them feel at home in our Nobu Bar and Restaurant.

Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:

  • Setting up the Pastry kitchen and prepping any required dishes with support from the Pastry Commis Chefs
  • Preparing and baking pastries, desserts, cakes, cookies, sweets, and pies according to recipes and quality standards.
  • Supporting the Pastry Chef to consult with the Executive chef and other chefs to plan menus and execute pastry orders for catered events and special requests.
  • Plating food creatively and maximising customer enjoyment

ABOUT YOU

  • Ideally you would have previous experience ideally gained in a similar Lifestyle boutique hotel or destination fine dining restaurant
  • A genuine passion and a creative flair
  • An eye for detail and an understanding of what it takes to provide outstanding levels of guest service
