Host/Hostess Part-time

Location: Claro-London, St. Jamess, London SW1Y 4AU

Experience: At least 1 year in a fine dining Restaurant at this level or similar

Salary: £12 - £14 p/hr

Claro London is looking for a Host to take on a multi-tasking role which includes:

  • Welcoming our guests in a genuine and friendly manner
  • You will also be supporting on the floor at busy periods
  • Whilst on shift you will respond to emails, calls and in person enquiries
  • Building a great rapport with guests as you go.

The Position

  • Reporting to the Sr. Receptionist

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements
  • Ensure the smooth flow of service throughout the restaurant
  • Assist in maintaining the high standards of the dining experience


Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a welcoming personality
  • Impeccable presentation and grooming standards
  • Excellent command of English
  • Previous experience in a similar role within fine dining
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with poise
  • Knowledge of Sevenrooms and Open Table
