Join our dynamic team and take the lead in providing top-notch IT Support services while driving innovative solutions in a collaborative environment. This 12-month maternity cover role offers a fantastic opportunity to showcase your skills and make a real impact. If you’re passionate about IT Support services and ready to step into a leadership role, we want to hear from you

We’re looking for a client services lead to be the front-door to technology services, to the rest of the organisation. As the IT Lead for our Client Services team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and oversight of day-to-day operations, ensuring the efficient and timely resolution of IT issues for end-users. This includes maintaining smooth operations, while addressing challenges promptly to keep the business running seamlessly.

This role requires strong technical expertise across digital technologies, including hardware, software, networking, and security protocols. You'll leverage this knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, manage systems effectively, and support the organization’s evolving technology needs.

In addition to technical responsibilities, you will collaborate with both regional and global teams to deliver top-tier Digital Technology services to Arup colleagues and external clients. Your role will be critical in ensuring users experience the best possible support through multiple communication channels.

Furthermore, you will work closely with other IT departments to ensure alignment with company policies, assist with system upgrades, and help manage IT asset inventory. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential in driving team success and maintaining operational excellence.

A typical day involves troubleshooting technical issues and engaging with the leadership team on strategic technology projects. You’ll respond to user needs, manage IT service tickets, and ensure the delivery of essential IT equipment. In between operational tasks, you’ll contribute to broader digital initiatives, ensuring the business benefits from the latest innovations and technology solutions. Each day is varied, fast-paced, and offers opportunities to make a meaningful impact on both users and the business.
