The Global Inventory & Materials Manager, will be responsible for developing and deploying global inventory strategies that align with our business goals. They will optimise inventory levels across our global operations, including CPW, manufacturing sites, and service centres.


We're looking for someone with expertise in supply chain management, operations, and inventory control to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop annual inventory value and turns plan in collaboration with business leadership team, operations and finance.


  • Define monthly targets with specific improvement plans required to realize the annual inventory goals


  • Establish roadmap to achieve objectives, including process, application support tools, policies, and control mechanisms


  • Define and develop end to end inventory network model which establishes our baseline process capability and measures systems level performance


  • Establish a robust input/output tracking system and inventory performance forecasting process


  • Work closely with procurement to collaborate with upstream suppliers to help improve end to end inventory performance through better forecast integration, cycle time reductions and programs such as VMI and continuous replenishment.



The Individual:

  • Experience in developing and deploying global inventory strategies and execution plans.
  • Strong knowledge in related planning (S&OP), master scheduling, and ERP.
  • Broad end to end supply chain and operations process knowledge
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of data presentation tools including (but not limited to) Excel, Power BI etc


The ideal candidate will also have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related technical discipline.
  • 3 plus years in related supply chain, operations, and inventory management.
  • APICS or related certifications desired.
