Sales Development Representative

A bot. Even better, a team of bots.
Bots? Bots that help companies automate the monotonous and mundane tasks that are inevitable in any business.
Saving companies time, improving efficiency and doing all of this at 100% accuracy.
Not to mention one bot's output per hour is the equivalent of four to five humans. What's even better? It's a fraction of the cost of a VA.
You'll be one of the first of a small team of hires into this start up who're at the front of this emerging market.
Being one of the first few hires into the business, you'll have a clean run at a new market with little competition.
You'll be selling an off the shelf product, as well as custom built bots at scale for mid market to enterprise companies.
With a new market to attack, comes responsibility. You'll need to be confident market mapping, identifying your ICP and efficiently setting up multiple touch points.
Your main responsibility will be outbound new business. Alongside that, you'll respond quickly to inbound leads. Helping both with their onboarding process too, before handing over to the Customer Success team.
As a founding SDR, you'll need to be self motivated. Most sales roles say this, but you'll need a real desire to succeed to thrive here.
You'll also need to be someone who's accountable and organised with a desire to continuously learn.
For now, it's a fully remote. They will have an office in the South West into 2025, and you'll have the option to work hybrid.
On top of accelerating your personal development, you'll be paid a salary of up to £37,000 with a generous commission structure and performance related bonus.
We can only consider UK citizens for this role. Ideally, you will need to be based in the South West of the UK too.
