Overview

An exciting opportunity to join a leader in fleet management software. With offices across the globe, this company is looking for an Implementation Consultant to join their expanding team.


The role involves delivering product training, configuring applications, and offering end-user support for clients. You will collaborate closely with colleagues and key personnel from customers within a project team to achieve the common goal of implementing the fleet management software.


This role may require travel up to 75% of the time at various locations in the UK



Responsibilities

  • Implement and train end-users on maximising software modules.
  • Leverage your understanding of products and the customer’s processes and challenges to offer standard or customised solutions.
  • Collaborate dynamically within a project team to deliver implementations for new customers or upgrades for existing ones.
  • Implement software modules and conduct high-quality, focused training sessions.
  • Develop long-term, positive relationships with customer personnel to enhance overall account satisfaction.
  • Provide comprehensive end-user support for both UK and international clients.



Requirements

  • Strong aptitude for software and rapidly evolving technology.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work remotely and while traveling for customers.
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment.
  • A blend of business and technical skills.
  • Capability to work independently in a fast-paced business environment without continuous supervision.
  • Strong communication skills with both customers and internal departments.
  • Experience in the fleet, logistics, or vehicle workshop industries is desirable but not essential.

  • Bonus scheme
