You will get the opportunity to advise clients around Generative AI products as well as overseeing the design and development of Proof of Concepts (POC) and Minimum Viable Products (MVP), particularly for use in the Workplace.


As a Generative AI Consultant, you will work with clients across various industries to design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions. You will leverage your expertise in generative models, natural language processing, and machine learning to create innovative applications that transform how our clients do business. Your role will involve understanding client needs, developing AI models, and guiding clients through the implementation process to ensure successful outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to identify business challenges that can be addressed using generative AI technologies.
  • Design, develop, and deploy generative AI models, including but not limited to GPT, DALL-E, BERT, and others.
  • Conduct comprehensive data analysis to inform model development and ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Customize AI solutions to meet the specific needs of each client, ensuring alignment with their business goals.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients during the implementation phase.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI and machine learning, and integrate new technologies and methodologies into client projects.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions to educate clients and internal teams on the use and potential of generative AI.
  • Produce detailed documentation and reports to communicate findings, model performance, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and deploying generative AI models.
  • GenAI Subject Matter Expertise
  • GenAI Proof of Concepts (POC) and Minimum Viable Products (MVP)
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and similar tools.
  • Expertise in OpenAI's GPT-3.5 and GPT-4, Anthropic's Claude 3, Meta's Llama, Mistral, Microsoft Copilot.
  • In-depth knowledge of natural language processing, neural networks, and machine learning algorithms.
  • Experience working with large datasets and data preprocessing techniques.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for clients.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative approach to finding innovative solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is a plus.
  • Previous consulting experience is highly desirable
