I am currently partnered with a client who is dedicated to revolutionizing the retail landscape through cutting-edge marketing and CRM strategies. A retail company who are located in the heart of London, our client offers a dynamic environment where innovation thrives, and talents are nurtured. With a young and vibrant environment, and excellent culture set in play, they are looking for a Senior CRM Manager to join their business to manage all the B2C campaigns


Role Overview:


The Senior CRM Manager will spearhead email subscriber strategy, focusing on maximizing lifetime value and engagement. This pivotal role entails collaborating closely with the CRM team to optimize existing programs and pioneer new initiatives. The successful candidate will drive innovation in email lifecycle and loyalty programs, leveraging technical expertise to harness the power of big data for actionable insights and impactful campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee email lifecycle and loyalty programs, identifying growth opportunities and refining user journeys.
  • Provide technical support, utilizing SQL proficiency to conduct complex A/B tests and drive data-driven decisions.
  • Champion email newsletter strategy, optimizing personalization and relevance for maximum impact.
  • Ensure deliverability health across major ISPs, adapting strategies to maintain optimal performance.
  • Own and prioritize the CRM roadmap, aligning projects with business objectives and driving implementation.
  • Foster relationships with third-party CRM suppliers, ensuring seamless communication and technical integration.


Essential Skills:


  • 2-3 years' experience in Senior CRM management with a focus on B2C email campaigns.
  • Comfortable with large volumes of emails being sent out on a weekly basis.
  • Proficiency in SQL with experience in large email broadcast systems.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
