Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the operational management of our print, mailing, voting, and response handling specialist services. As a senior-level role, the General Manager will be responsible for leading a team of 3 direct reports and providing direction and support to a wider team of 20 employees. This role will involve close collaboration with the two owners of the company, one responsible for sales and the other for finance.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Lead and manage the team of 3 direct reports, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure optimal performance and professional development.
  • Collaborate with the sales and finance heads to align business strategies, goals, and objectives across departments.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to track business performance and drive continuous improvement.
