We are seeking a dynamic Centre Manager who can deliver and inspire top-tier customer service while driving the growth of our Business Centre's occupancy. This role involves full commercial and operational responsibility for over 17,000sqft of premium serviced office space, as well as overseeing the reception service for the entire campus. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with all on-site tenants and FigFlex Offices clients.


The ideal candidate will be from the same industry or from a managerial background in retail or leisure.


Job Responsibilities:

Sales and Marketing

  • Conducting viewings booked in by inbound sales team and owning process from viewing complete to deal done
  • Ownership of outbound lead generation: networking events, proactive engagement with local market, building relationships, referrals etc
  • Managing and maintaining good relations with introducing web and local commercial agents.
  • Negotiation and closing sales for occupation and/or ancillary services and products.
  • Collaborating with Head Office marketing function to inform a local marketing strategy
  • Maximise revenue and promote value add services and client renewals and retention of business.
  • Ensure up to date and comprehensive knowledge of immediate competitors.
  • Ensure turnaround of vacant offices within the company timescales.
  • Develop and deliver sales strategies, forecasting and setting sales/occupancy deliverable targets across all aspects of the building.
  • P&L responsibility with increasing EBITDA.

Team Management

  • Management of the Building Reception Team which provides a Service to both FigFlex Offices and the Estate as a whole
  • Form part of the overall Management Structure for Lynch Wood Park representing both FigFlex Offices and Front of House. Other members includes an on-site Facilities Manager, Security Manager, Cleaning Manager and also remote Property Manager, Asset Manager

Customer Service

  • Ownership for the front of house delivery for both FigFlex Offices and Lynch Wood Park
  • Responding to all Client and Tenant queries in a speedy and professional manner
  • Representing both FigFlex Offices and Lynch Wood Park at all times & promoting a customer focused culture within both FigFlex Offices and the wider estate
  • Handling complaints in a speedy and professional manner

Centre Operations

  • Ensure all security & Health and Safety procedures are always maintained.
  • Ensure all issues have been attended to in a timely manner, with progress and record of the outcome to include response times to all requests.
  • Ensure general housekeeping checks to all floors, kitchens and toilets are conducted to maintain a high level of cleanliness and ensure that full stocked kitchens and break out areas to include all health and safety elements daily, weekly, monthly.
  • Liaising with both on-site facilities teams and third party contractors to resolve any defects within FigFlex Offices demise
  • Implement and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Health & Safety implementation and management.
  • Involvement in the Debt Management Processes to ensure minimal site Debt
  • Ownership for both monthly and ad/hoc billing using the company Centre Management System (TWIIN Workspace)


Other duties and responsibilities may be required outside the above from time to time

Competencies for the role:

  • Excellent communication, customer service & leadership skills.
  • High level of personal presentation and attention to detail
  • Team player and ability to manage and develop a small team if needed.
  • Ability to plan, prioritise and implement workload as well as delegate responsibilities whilst till taking ownership
  • Ability to conduct sales/viewing tour, negotiate and close sales for new prospects/occupants.
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills and lateral thinking.


Job Requirements:

  • Experience within the Serviced Office sector extremely desirable but not essential
  • Experience within the Commercial Property sector desirable but not essential
  • Sales experience would be beneficial but is not required
  • Full training will be provided on product/service knowledge and technical aspects of the role.
