**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Portfolio Management:** Oversee the daily operations of multiple student accommodation sites in the Midlands, ensuring all properties meet the high standards of service and maintenance.

- **Team Leadership:** Lead, mentor, and develop on-site staff, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional growth.

- **Financial Performance:** Manage budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-effective solutions to maximize profitability and efficiency across the portfolio.

- **Resident Experience:** Ensure an excellent living experience for all student residents by maintaining high customer service standards, addressing any issues promptly, and implementing student engagement activities.

- **Reporting:** Prepare regular reports on portfolio performance, including occupancy rates, financial performance, and resident feedback for senior management.
