Mikropor, a multinational air filtration manufacturer, have opened a new UK sales, service & distribution centre based in the North West of England. The new company, Mikropor UK Ltd will cover Great Britain & Ireland exclusively.
We are recruiting for a senior salesperson to establish & grow the new UK sales arm – With expected growth in the first twenty four months, the chosen candidate would be expected to manage a growing team as future sales staff are employed regionally.
This is a full time permanent position based on a flexible mixture of office, home and customer/prospect visits.
This is an exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor on a new venture and expand your career & earnings.
Essential Candidate Criteria\Attributes ;
- Previous experience in the Compressed Air Treatment Industry at any level a must
- Good working knowledge of compressed air dryer technologies
- Sales Background – Focused on both new business & retaining existing clients
- Full UK driving license.
- Passport (Required for periodic trips to Head Office & occasional trips to satellite offices overseas)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to talk to customers at all levels from “boardroom to basement”
- General use of MS Office applications is a must and exposure to any CRM system in a previous role an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities and associated tasks efficiently.
- Reporting market analysis (market pricing, trends) & input managing inventory levels
Package
Salary would be fully negotiable, dependant on current role, previous experience and overall skills.
In broad terms the package would consist of ;
Generous monthly salary consisting of an agreed basic salary + (uncapped) % sales commission structure
Company car or Car Allowance paid through salary
Company Pension Scheme
5 Weeks paid annual leave + bank holidays.
