5 Squirrels Ltd supports healthcare professionals who work in medical aesthetics to launch and grow their very own skincare brands. We are currently recruiting a commercial manager to help grow the comany's profitability and revenue.


Perks : We are a 4 day week company so you will be expected to work Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm but receive full salary. (This is 100% salary for for 80% of hours worked in return for hitting 100% productivity targets) 5 Weeks annual leave plus bank holidays.

Job Overview:


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales and marketing executive to join our team. As a Commercial Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our commercial operations. This includes developing and implementing strategies to maximize profitability, managing client relationships and driving growth through customer acquisition, retention and commercial activities.


Duties:

- Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability

- Manage client relationships and serve as the main point of contact for key accounts

- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our client base

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities

- Conduct regular financial analysis to track performance and identify areas for improvement

- Oversee contract negotiations and ensure compliance with legal requirements

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and vendors


Skills:

- Proven experience in B2B sales and marketing or similar role

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales roles with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

- In-depth knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and clinical evidence, with the ability to effectively communicate product benefits and differentiate our brand in the market.

-Strong existing network of clients and contacts within the skincare industry, particularly medical practitioners and skincare professionals.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.

- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings, trade shows, and other business-related activities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.

- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities

- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
