Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture client partnerships to secure new business opportunities within the North American sector.
  • Identify and attract high-calibre candidates, adeptly managing the complete recruitment cycle.
  • Consistently achieve and surpass revenue targets through methodical and strategic business initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with the director to develop innovative recruitment methodologies.
  • Engage proactively at industry events to enhance brand visibility and enrich candidate networks.


Requirements

  • Demonstrable success in 360 recruitment or business development, with a minimum of 2 years of proven experience.
  • Driven self-starter who thrives on autonomy while welcoming expert mentorship.
  • Team player who excels in a collaborative environment but also maintains high productivity in remote settings.
  • Desirable - a solid understanding of business development practices, recruitment strategies, or relevant industry sectors.
