Wenham Carter Group is an Executive Search Consultancy company that is focused on executive level hires. Our consultants are industry experts recruiting across the globe in exciting markets that are changing the world that we live in, from Green Energy, Electric Vehicles, Space exploration, Robotics & AI, Cyber Security, and more. We are a well-established company that has been around for over 20 years and has evolved with the changing economy. We are headquarted in the city of Brighton & Hove but have a global footprint, and have recently launched offices in London and New York.


Now looking to grow the team, we are hiring for Graduate Search Consultants that we can train up to become specialist Consultants.



What does this role involve?


  • Consulting both clients (employers/companies), and candidates (employees) in a specific industry
  • Research – using tools such as LinkedIn to build a network and find top Technology Talent who are working on the latest innovations and connect them with companies that are disrupting the world that we live in
  • Marketing – creating a strong brand for yourself as an industry expert, posting on LinkedIn, making punchy job adverts and compelling emails
  • Constantly learning – hear all about exciting Technologies such as Autonomous Driving, Space Robotics, IoT, Medical Robotics, Renewable Energy and Electric Vehicles.

  • A recent university graduate that’s looking for a career that will keep challenging you and offer lots of progression

  • Sociable – you balanced your studies whilst having a social life, you were part of university clubs/sports team
  • Organised – good at juggling different projects, prioritising tasks, and meeting deadlines
