Job Description

We're seeking a driven Marketing Executive to join our team and manage 3 offices across East Sussex. The ideal candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans across 3 offices in East Sussex including:

o Home Instead Brighton, Hove and Shoreham

o Home Instead Lewes District and Uckfield

o Home Instead Eastbourne and Hailsham

· Create and manage digital and print marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, newsletters, local advertisements etc.

· Analyse market trends and competitor activities

· Develop content for website, social media and promotional materials

· Collaborate with team in each office to align marketing efforts with business goals

· Track and report on marketing performance metrics

· Contribute to Care Professional recruitment and engagement initiatives


Qualifications

· 3+ years of marketing experience

· Strong digital marketing skills, including social media and some SEO experience

· Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

· Self-motivated with ability to work independently

· Proficiency in marketing and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Mailchimp and Meta Business Suite

· Proficiency in graphic design tools required (Canva in particular)

· Excellent time management and project planning skills



Additional Information

Also a good knowledge of Brighton & Hove and East Sussex is preferable, as is a car driver to travel weekly between offices.

Rate of pay - £13 - £15 per hour dependent on experience
