Candidate Criteria:


• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field or equivalent level of work experience;


• Proven track record of successful business development experience, ideally within the two-way radio or communication technology industry (including CCTV)


• Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, general communication skills and presenting skills


• Ability to analyse market data and translate it into actionable insights.


• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.


• Fluency in English language essential and European Language • Requirement to travel frequently in Eastern Europe region; and travel in wider Europe


Salary - 40 - 60K p.a
