Saint-Gobain Off Site Solutions are looking for Production Administrator to join the Roofspace brand. Roofspace Solutions manufacture, deliver and install high quality roofing and whole house solutions within controlled factory environments. Our design, manufacturing and delivery teams ensure that your project is delivered efficiently, effectively, and on-time.


The purpose of this role is to maintain administrative systems and contribute to high levels of customer service to achieve overall production office objectives whilst working in a team.


What you will be doing:

  • Responsible for optimising all new jobs from the design department into saws output and updating relevant spreadsheet.
  • Print off all jobs including any drawings or plans, and any other paperwork required.
  • Ensuring that the pick lists are ready for the pickers.
  • Responsible for maintaining systems and paperwork.
  • Maintain purchase order records – ordering, booking in goods and PODs received.
  • Support the smooth running of the office.
  • Assist with the company stock takes when required.


What do you need to be considered:

  • Excellent administration skills, especially accuracy with figures, accurate data input, efficient filing systems etc.
  • Math’s & English at GCSE level
  • Good computer keyboard skills and proficient in all Ms Office application i.e., Word, Excel etc
  • Ability to use the Optimaster Software- desirable.
  • Strong communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal
  • Able to manage workload and work to tight deadlines.
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills
  • Must be able to work on own initiative, be self-motivating and able to work as part of a team.
  • Be able to demonstrate ability to use own initiative to solve problems.
  • Ability and willingness to learn and create new ways of working.
