We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our commercial banking client's marketing team on a permanent / full-time basis.


Role Responsibilities:


  • Create graphics for print, web, brochures, event stands, videography, sales presentations, and digital assets.
  • Advise on branding and manage materials.
  • Reflect customer needs in creative work.
  • Translate briefs into designs that meet brand objectives.
  • Present ideas and gather feedback.
  • Deliver work on time and within budget.
  • Update collateral and maintain a document library.
  • Ensure brand consistency.
  • Work with external agencies and suppliers.
  • Manage creative assets, including the photo library.
  • Design and manage website content using a CMS.
  • Produce internal communications content.
  • Assist the marketing team with additional requests.


Skills & Experience Required:


  • Strong creative skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to turn complex requirements into compelling designs.
  • Effective project management skills.
  • Strong understanding of brand guidelines.


Success in this role requires a creative mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex requirements into compelling designs. You will guide branding efforts and manage materials effectively.


This role is a hybrid position, with a requirement to work at their Birmingham office two days per week; the remainder of the week can be remote.
