Brand Operations Assistant - Birmingham / Hybrid / £30k-£40k


Working with a food retail client of mine who are growing out their teams and are looking for a brand operations assistant. You will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient production of printed brand assets, such as brochures, flyers, and point-of-sale materials.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage print production from concept to completion.
  • Coordinate with design, printing, and distribution.
  • Oversee timelines, budgets, and quality.
  • Source and negotiate with printing vendors to secure optimal pricing, quality, and lead times.
  • Oversee print production from file preparation to quality control, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to standards.
  • Manage the logistics of distributing printed materials to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Manage inventory control of printed materials to prevent shortages or overages.
  • Prepare regular reports on project status, costs, and performance, and analyse data to identify improvement opportunities.


Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in production or operations management.
  • Strong project management skills, including ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of graphic design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
