About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our growing team and drive our marketing efforts forward. You will play a key role in shaping our marketing strategy and building our brand presence across digital and offline channels.


This role is ideal for a creative, analytical, and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote FINVISE and to drive client acquisition channels in the UK and Western European markets.

· Manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.

· Create compelling content for our website, blog, newsletters, and social media platforms to engage our audience and enhance brand awareness.

· Collaborate with the product and sales teams to align marketing efforts with product launches, updates, and client needs.

· Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve engagement and conversion rates.

· Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors, identifying new opportunities for growth.

· Plan and manage events and webinars, both virtual and in-person, to showcase our expertise and build relationships with potential clients.

· Manage partnerships and collaborations with industry influencers, media outlets, and other key stakeholders to enhance our visibility.

Key skills and qualifications:

· 4+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in FinTech.

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Postgraduate degree (MBA) is beneficial.

· Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.

· Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and content creation.

· Excellent copywriting and communication skills with the ability to craft clear, compelling messaging.

· Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).

· Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing strategies, specifically within the UK and Western European markets.

· Excellent understanding of market research methods and data analysis techniques.

· The ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.

· Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

· Passionate about FinTech and Technology, with a strong interest in the PropTech and Lending sectors.

· Experience working in an agile, startup environment is a plus.
