Coventry, West Midlands, United Kingdom Sainsbury's Full time
Job Description
We'd all like amazing work to do, and real work-life balance. That's waiting for you at Sainsbury's. We're the first to say we do HR differently here. For a start, we work as business partners and specialists. That's whether we're making sure that nearly 180,000 colleagues are paid on time, or that our strategy is helping us attract the right people, put them in the right place, and unlock their talent. This is a fast-moving business and our policies and rewards keep up too. That's why we're as flexible as we can be about where and when you work. We're also flexible about your future. There's always room to move up or across, if that's what you want. We really value different perspectives so there's no one opinion, no single path, and yours is important. What's certain is that you'll be joining one of the happiest, most engaged teams in the business.

Why join us

At Sainsbury's People Division, our people are at the heart of everything we do, making them our most valuable asset. If you're looking for a rewarding opportunity where you can make a real impact on millions of customers' lives, then joining our People Development team as a Learning Content Administrator is the perfect choice. In this role, you'll have the chance to contribute to the administration and delivery of production processes, ensuring that learning content is efficiently tested, updated, and uploaded into our learning management system. With a strong focus on attention to detail and fantastic organisational skills, you'll work closely with a collaborative and supportive team to enhance the learning experience for our colleagues. Alongside a competitive salary, you'll have access to a wide range of learning and development opportunities, a bonus scheme, generous holiday allowance, pension, and colleague discounts at Sainsbury's, Argos, and Habitat.

What you'll do

As a Learning Content Administrator within the People Division team at Sainsbury's, your role will be crucial in supporting the administration and delivery of production processes for the learning experience design team. You will ensure that learning content is tested and uploaded into our learning management system, while making basic updates to existing content and providing research and evaluation support for various learning projects. In addition, you will collaborate closely with the learning technology team to manage admin processes in our learning platform, Cornerstone, and maintain up-to-date change management and asset management processes. Your excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and tenacity will be essential in coordinating logistics for large-scale production activities, managing suppliers, and assisting with small projects that align with the wider learning strategy. Your proficiency in learning management system administration, particularly with Cornerstone, will be advantageous in this role. Alongside contributing to an influential team, you will enjoy a competitive salary, a range of learning and development opportunities, bonus scheme, holiday allowance, pension, save as you earn scheme, and colleague discounts across Sainsbury's, Argos, and Habitat.

Who you are

As a Learning Content Administrator for Sainsbury's People Division, you are a detail-oriented and highly organised professional with a strong commitment to supporting the administration and delivery of production processes in the learning experience design team. With your excellent attention to detail, you ensure that learning content is tested and uploaded accurately into the learning management system while adhering to inclusivity and accessibility design standards. Your tenacity and organisational skills enable you to effectively manage project planning updates, keep learning assignment guides up to date, and coordinate logistics for production activities. Your proficiency in learning management systems, particularly Cornerstone, allows you to navigate and administer content effectively. Additionally, your ability to build collaborative relationships and your expertise in Microsoft Office software and project planning tools contribute to your success in the role.

We also recognise and celebrate colleagues when they go the extra mile and, where possible, offer flexible working. When you join our team, we'll also offer you an amazing range of benefits. Here are some of them:

We've also got you covered for your future with our pensions scheme and life cover. You'll also be able to share in our success as you may be eligible for a performance-related bonus of up to 5% of salary, depending on how we perform.
