Support the Learning Operations Manager to administer production and delivery processes, undertake learning management system administration, update existing content, and support colleagues with research and evaluation.

**What you need to do**
- Administer processes in support of the delivery of learning to include but not limited to; project planning updates, testing learning objects, keeping the learning assignment guides up to date
- Support and uphold standards and governance processes, including accessibility, inclusive design and writing style
- Ensure change management and asset management processes are up to date and all projects are successfully recorded
- Provide research support to the Learning Experience & Product team, including developing surveys, administering results, planning and co-ordinating listening sessions
- Administer content pages within the learning management system
- Co-ordinate the logistics for large production activities including booking resource, equipment, and locations
- Support the management of suppliers, including the set-up of new suppliers on SSP
- As required, manage small projects that support the wider strategy of the Learning Experience & Product team
- Undertake learning management system duties when required

**What you need to know and show**
- Fantastic tenacity and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Passion for accessible design
- Demonstrate that you’re able to seek opportunities to connect with others and build productive and trusted relationships across teams, underpinned by you doing what you say you’ll do
- Confident, experienced user of Microsoft Office software and ideally have some knowledge of using project planning tools such as Smartsheet and interactive collaboration tools such as Miro
